Based on the victim’s statements, physical evidence and documented injuries, officers developed probable cause to arrest the suspect for second-degree domestic violence assault, felony harassment-domestic violence and domestic violence unlawful imprisonment, according to police.

Later that afternoon, officers used a drone to locate the suspect at an encampment in Auburn and took him into custody without incident.

During a search incident to the arrest, officers located a small quantity of suspected fentanyl that later tested positive, police said.

The suspect was booked into the King County Jail on the domestic violence-related charges. The case has been forwarded to detectives for further investigation.
