Here are 911 Calls for Service responded to by the Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA) from Feb. 23–Mar. 1, 2026:
- Car vs. Pedestrian (Auburn): On Monday, February 23rd, VRFA firefighters responded to a motor vehicle collision that damaged a natural gas meter, causing a significant gas leak. Firefighters worked with Auburn Police Department and South King Fire and Rescue to evacuate nearby businesses and apartment complexes within approximately 100 meters of the leak. Puget Sound Energy responded and mitigated the hazard.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Tuesday, February 24th at 10:30 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult female experiencing a psychiatric crisis. Firefighters evaluated the patient on scene before she was transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further evaluation and observation.
- CPR (Auburn): On Wednesday, February 25th at 9:53 a.m., VRFA firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics responded to an unconscious patient at a gas station. Firefighters and paramedics provided life-saving care on scene and successfully resuscitated the patient, who was then transported by paramedics to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
- Motor Vehicle Accident (Auburn): On Thursday, February 26th at 6:14 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian collision. Firefighters arrived to find an adult male in the roadway with visible injuries. The patient was evaluated on scene before being transported by firefighters to Valley Medical Center for further care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Friday, February 27th at 4:30 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male experiencing shortness of breath. Firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics evaluated the patient on scene before he was transported by paramedics to a local hospital for further care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Saturday, February 28th at 8:27 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male experiencing altered mental status. Firefighters assessed the patient and determined he had critically low blood sugar. After providing treatment on scene, he was transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Sunday, March 1st at 5:34 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a 6-year-old female who was possibly choking after losing a tooth. Firefighters arrived to find the child with a clear airway and no longer choking. During evaluation, the missing tooth was located on the ground. The patient remained at home with her mother.
