VRFA Blotter: CPR call, injury crash, brush fire, roof fall & more

Here are 911 Calls for Service responded to by the Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA) from May 11–17, 2026:

  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Monday, May 11th at 8:11 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a local business for an employee with a back injury caused by lifting a heavy object. Firefighters evaluated the patient on scene before the patient was transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
  • Brush Fire (Auburn): On Tuesday, May 12th at 3:35 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to reports of a brush fire near the Auburn Golf Course. Firefighters located a smoldering fire approximately 10 feet by 10 feet near a walking path. Crews extinguished the fire and overhauled the area to ensure full extinguishment.
  • Motor Vehicle Accident (Auburn): On Wednesday, May 13th at 10:22 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an injury collision involving a vehicle that struck a parked truck. Firefighters evaluated the adult male driver on scene before he was transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Thursday, May 14th, VRFA firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics responded to an adult female experiencing chest pain. Firefighters and paramedics evaluated and treated the patient on scene before she was transported by paramedics to a local hospital for further definitive care.
  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Friday, May 15th at 2:39 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to reports of CPR in progress on an adult male. Firefighters arrived and determined the patient had a pulse and CPR was not required. Firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics evaluated the patient on scene before he was transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Saturday, May 16th, 2026, at 6:17 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male with a decreased level of consciousness near a bus stop. Firefighters evaluated the patient on scene before he was transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Sunday, May 17th, at 7:09 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male who sustained minor injuries after falling from a low roof while preparing for a construction project. Firefighters treated the patient on scene before he was transported by private ambulance to St. Anne Hospital for further care.
