Here are 911 Calls for Service responded to by the Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA) from April 13-19, 2026:
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Monday, April 13th at 10:23 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male who had fallen and remained on the ground for several days. Firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics treated the patient on scene before he was transported by paramedics to Valley Medical Center for further care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Tuesday, April 14th at 7:41 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a juvenile male who had experienced a seizure. The patient was no longer seizing when crews arrived. Firefighters evaluated and treated the patient on scene before he was transported to MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital for further care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Wednesday, April 15th at 3:12 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male whose foot had been run over by a forklift. Firefighters treated the patient on scene before he was transported by private ambulance to a local hospital for further care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Thursday, April 16th at 4:02 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male who suffered a back injury while working outside. Firefighters treated the patient on scene before he was transported to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
- Motor Vehicle Accident (Auburn): On Friday, April 17th, VRFA firefighters responded to a two-vehicle head-on collision with heavy damage. Crews secured the scene and extricated the driver of one vehicle. One patient was transported by firefighters to a local hospital for further care.
- Residential Fire (Pacific): On Saturday, April 18th at 6:01 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a residential duplex fire. Crews arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the roof and attic and worked with South King Fire, King County Medic One, and King County Fire District 20 to extinguish the fire. No injuries to residents or firefighters were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
- Airplane Crash (Auburn): On Saturday, April 18th at 1:33 p.m., VRFA firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics responded to reports of a small twin-engine airplane crash near the GSA baseball fields. Crews arrived to find both pilots outside the aircraft in a construction area. Firefighters evaluated both individuals, and one was transported by paramedics to Valley Medical Center for further care. The scene was turned over to Auburn Police Department and the National Transportation Safety Board for investigation.
- River Rescue (Green River): On Sunday, April 19th at 2:16 p.m., VRFA rescue specialists, along with crews from Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority, Mountain View Fire & Rescue, South King Fire & Rescue, Enumclaw Fire Department, and King County Medic One, responded to reports of an individual and a dog stranded on an island in the Green River. Swiftwater rescue technicians used a raft to reach the individual and safely return both the person and dog to shore. Neither required medical attention.
