As we previously reported, patrol and traffic officers responded about 11:50 a.m. Monday and sadly found Warsalla dead when they arrived.

Witnesses told investigators the motorcyclist rode past the lowered railroad crossing arms before the collision, police said.

The department said Monday that the investigation remained ongoing and that additional information would be released as it became available.
