The family of Savannah Tice, 16, a missing woman last seen in Auburn in August 2024, is asking for the public’s help in locating her.
Tice, who was originally reported missing from Cheney, WA in July 2024, had self-reported being in Auburn on Aug. 1, 2024. At the time, authorities and her parents believed she was lying about her location and did not investigate further.
However, new information has surfaced, confirming through an eyewitness that she was in Auburn at that time.
“I am extremely worried for her safety,” said Emily Minter, Tice’s aunt, who has been actively searching for her niece. “She has a history of mental health issues and drug use, and she was last seen in Auburn with a man in his late thirties.”
Minter said the family has since learned that the man had been communicating with Tice for over a month on social media before her disappearance. He allegedly drove from Auburn to Cheney to pick her up when she went missing.
Minter is urging the Auburn community to share Tice’s name and information in hopes that someone may have details on her whereabouts.
Tice is 16, stands 5’7″ tall and has red hair.
Anyone with information is asked to call (509) 456-2233.
