Here are 911 Calls for Service responded to by the Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA) from April 14–20, 2025:
- Overdose: (Pacific) On Monday, April 14th, VRFA firefighters responded to a report of an unconscious male in the bathroom of a local restaurant. Firefighters arrived to find the patient conscious. He was evaluated and transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center.
- Aid Call: (Auburn) On Tuesday, April 15th at 7:39 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an ill elderly female experiencing a rapid heart rate. Due to the patient’s condition, King County Medic One paramedics were requested. The patient was treated on scene, stabilized, and transported to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center by private ambulance.
- Aid Call: (Lakeland Hills) On Wednesday, April 16th at 12:17 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an elderly female after family members expressed concern for her health. The patient was evaluated on scene and transported by her family to Valley Medical Center ER.
- Motor Vehicle Collision: (Pacific) On Thursday, April 17th at 10:54 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a two-car collision on Highway 167. One vehicle was found on the left-side jersey barrier and the other off to the right side of the highway. One driver was in custody of WSP. He was evaluated by firefighters and remained in custody.
- Motor Vehicle Collision: (Auburn) On Friday, April 18th at 4:48 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a two-car collision. Firefighters secured the scene and evaluated an adult female with neck and back pain after being rear-ended. She was transported to a local hospital by private ambulance.
- Residential Fire: (Auburn) On Saturday, April 19th at 1:26 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a residential fire near the 5500 block of South 320th Street. Crews arrived to find heavy fire in the garage and used aggressive tactics to keep it from spreading further into the home. VRFA was assisted by South King Fire and Rescue and other neighboring units. There were no civilian injuries and the fire is currently under investigation.
- Stuck Elevator: (Auburn) On Sunday, April 20th at 1:55 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a report of a person stuck in an elevator. Firefighters used department keys to recall the elevator and safely remove the occupant. The individual was evaluated due to the high-stress situation and was found to be in good condition.
