Here are 911 Calls for Service responded to by the Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA) from Dec. 29, 2025–Jan. 4 2026:
- Service Call (Auburn): On Monday, December 29th, 2025, VRFA firefighters responded to assist an adult male whose recliner was stuck in the reclined position due to a power outage in the area. Firefighters helped the patient safely out of the chair and assisted him to a comfortable location until power was restored.
- Cardiac Arrest (Auburn): On Tuesday, December 30th at 1:10 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male in cardiac arrest. Firefighters arrived to find a non–first responder EMT performing effective CPR, and the patient had regained a pulse prior to their arrival. Firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics provided additional treatment on scene before the patient was transported by paramedics to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
- Service Call (Auburn): On Wednesday, December 31st at 6:40 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to reports of water leaking from a sidewalk. Crews arrived to find water flowing from a damaged water meter onto the sidewalk and into the street. Firefighters were unable to shut off the meter due to debris inside and contacted City of Auburn Public Works to assist with resolving the issue.
- Automatic Fire Alarm (Auburn): On Thursday, January 1st, VRFA firefighters responded to an automatic fire alarm at a car dealership. Crews found a malfunctioning compressor motor overheating in a utility room. Firefighters secured power to the unit and used an electric fan to ventilate the area. The alarm was reset, and the business was advised to have the compressor serviced.
- Overdose (Auburn): On Friday, January 2nd at 5:27 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male who was reported to be in cardiac arrest. Firefighters arrived to find the patient unconscious but with a strong pulse. The patient was treated for a possible overdose and transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Saturday, January 3rd at 3:10 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a CPR call for an adult male who had fallen into a deep well of standing water outside his home. Firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics provided treatment on scene before the patient was transported by paramedics to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for continued care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Saturday, January 3rd at 3:10 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a CPR call for an adult male who had fallen into a deep well of standing water outside his home. Firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics provided treatment on scene before the patient was transported by paramedics to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for continued care.
