Here are 911 Calls for Service responded to by the Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA) from Aug. 25–Aug. 31, 2025:
- Motor Vehicle Accident: (Auburn) On Monday, August 25th at 7:03 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a two-car collision. Both vehicles had minor damage and had pulled into a nearby parking lot. One adult female reported shoulder pain from her seatbelt. She declined further evaluation at the hospital and remained on scene with Auburn Police.
- Drowning: (Auburn) On Tuesday, August 26th at 5:12 p.m., VRFA firefighters and King County Medic One responded to an infant found unresponsive in a bathtub. The child had a strong pulse and was quickly treated and stabilized by firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics on scene. The patient was transported to Seattle Children’s Hospital by Airlift Northwest for further treatment.
- Aid Call: (Auburn) On Wednesday, August 27th at 9:30 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult female who had fainted after not taking her prescribed medication. Firefighters evaluated the patient, and she was transported to a local hospital by private ambulance for further care.
- Motor Vehicle Collision: (Bonney Lake) On Thursday, August 28th at 4:26 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded mutual aid to assist East Pierce Fire with a two-vehicle collision. Firefighters treated a pregnant female with abdominal pain and transferred care to a medic unit for transport to St. Elizabeth Hospital.
- Aid Call: (Algona) On Friday, August 29th at 5:18 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult female following a mental health crisis. Firefighters treated multiple traumatic injuries. The patient was transported to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center by private ambulance.
- Vehicle Fire: (Pacific) On Saturday, August 30th at 11:15 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to reports of a utility trailer on fire. Crews arrived to find a small dump trailer with its contents burning. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and overhauled the contents with hand tools to ensure it was fully out. The trailer was then released back to the owner.
- Vehicle Fire: (Pacific) On Sunday, August 31st at 12:38 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a passenger vehicle fire. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and confirmed there were no injuries to the driver. The scene was turned over to Washington State Patrol.
