The second annual “Noah’s 5K Duck Dash” benefitting the Noah Lee Legacy Foundation will be held at Roegner Park in Auburn, Washington, on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026. The charity organization aims to raise $50,000 to support families facing childhood cancer.

The inaugural Duck Dash, held in 2025, brought over 300 participants and raised $40,000.

Registration is now open for the five-kilometer run/walk, which can be completed in person or virtually. The flat, park-based setting is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. The cost is $45 for adults and $25 for youth. Those who sign up before August 19, 2026, will receive a race shirt.

The Seattle Police Officers Guild and Grim Oak Press are presenting sponsors of the event.

“Noah’s 5K Duck Dash is more than a race; it’s a community coming together for families who are in the hardest season of their lives. Every dollar raised means a parent can be at their child’s bedside without worrying about how they’ll afford to get there,” said Grace Lee, Founder & Executive Director of Noah Lee Legacy Foundation.

The Noah Lee Legacy Foundation was created by Lee after her son, Noah, passed away in 2024 at the age of six after being diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma three years prior. In its first year, the foundation supported 28 families and donated $10,000 to pediatric cancer research.

Inspired by the founder Grace Lee’s experience with her son, Noah, the foundation’s mission is rooted in three commitments: easing the burden of travel, supporting progress in neuroblastoma research, and building a community where families don’t have to face this alone.
