For a suggested $20 donation, attendees will receive a handcrafted bowl along with gourmet soup and snacks provided by local restaurants.

Proceeds from the event support the food bank’s programs serving individuals and families facing food insecurity in Auburn and surrounding cities.

Organizers encourage attendees to bring friends, family and coworkers to the lunchtime fundraiser.

The event is part of a broader effort to raise funds and awareness to help address hunger in the region.

“PRO TIP: Your Mom would love a new handmade bowl for Mother’s Day,” organizers said.
