Auburn’s annual Bulky Item Collection Event is a once-a-year opportunity to get rid of your bulky items.
Who can participate?
- Residents who live in a single-family, duplex or mobile home park within the Auburn city limits. Condo and townhome residents may also participate if they are billed individually by the City of Auburn for garbage service.
- Residents who are Waste Management or Republic Services customers.
Event dates:
Waste Management Customers –
- Mobile Home Park Customers: April 15-19, one day only on garbage day. See Event Flyer (PDF)

Republic Services Customers –
- Residential & Mobile Home Park Customers: April 29 – May 3, one day only on garbage day. See Event Flyer (PDF)
What is accepted?
- Refer to the Event Flyers (above) for guidelines and the list of acceptable items.
- Only FOUR items total, one from each of the four categories listed on the event flyer.
- Oops Tags (PDF) will be left on items not accepted.
- Flyers will mail to Waste Management customers in March and Republic Services customers in April.
