Around 1:30 a.m. early Sunday morning, April 21, 2024, the Auburn Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing at the Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a male in his late 20s with a stab wound to the neck.
Despite life-saving measures, the victim was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Early investigation shows this stabbing was a completely random act.
“The victim was standing at one of the tables and the suspect (in his late 20s) walked up behind him and stabbed him in the neck area,” police said. “Detectives believe the victim and suspect had no contact before (this) incident.”
The suspect was arrested without incident and was booked into King County Jail.
I’m glad they arrested the maniac responsible for stabbing that man at the casino. What i want to know is how could this happen? I’m only asking because it’s evidently clear they did nothing to avoid situations like this. A few years ago almost the same scenariohappened to me but I was lucky enough to escape the man’s knife by jumping backwards out of my chair. Sad that this has happened. My thoughts and prayers for the victims family.
