Here are 911 Calls for Service responded to by the Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA) from Nov. 10–Nov. 16, 2025:
- Vehicle Fire (Auburn): On Monday, November 10th at 3:11 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Auburn Way North. Upon arrival, crews found that a passerby had used two dry chemical extinguishers to put out most of the engine compartment fire. Firefighters used a water extinguisher to fully extinguish the remaining flames, and the vehicle’s owner arranged for towing.
- Motor Vehicle Accident Medic (Auburn): On Tuesday, November 11th at 1:18 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a report of a single vehicle that had struck a tree at high speed. Firefighters extricated one patient using the Jaws of Life and assisted Auburn Police officers who were performing CPR. The patient was transported by Airlift Northwest with critical, life-threatening injuries.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Tuesday, November 11th at 12:35 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male experiencing weakness and possible stroke symptoms. Firefighters treated the patient on scene before he was transported by private ambulance to a local hospital for further care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Wednesday, November 12th at 11:04 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male who had fallen and was experiencing a decreased level of consciousness. Firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics evaluated the patient on scene before he was transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
- Aid Call (Auburn): On Thursday, November 13th at 8:13 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult female experiencing chest pain. Firefighters evaluated the patient and requested paramedics. King County Medic One paramedics provided further evaluation and treatment before the patient was transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for additional care.
- Vehicle vs. Pedestrian (Auburn): On Friday, November 14th at 8:49 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to reports of an adult male injured after being struck by a box truck. Due to the critical nature of his injuries, an Advanced Life Support unit was requested. Firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics provided critical care on scene before the patient was transported by paramedics to Harborview Medical Center.
- Residential Fire (Mountain View): On Saturday, November 15th at 9:00 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded as mutual aid with Mountain View Fire to a residential fire off Green Valley Road. Crews arrived to find a home where a chimney fire had extended into the structure. Firefighters used chainsaws and prying tools to access and extinguish hot spots. The cause was believed to be a chimney fire, with a King County Fire Investigator determining the final cause.
- Aid Call (Pacific): On Sunday, November 16th at 4:53 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult female experiencing tremors. Firefighters evaluated the patient on scene before she was transported by private ambulance to a local hospital for further care.
