Notice is hereby given that the City of Auburn will conduct a public hearing to receive public comment on the revenue sources and expenses for the preliminary 2021-2022 Biennial Budget. The public hearings will be held on:
- Monday, November 2, 2020, at 7:00 pm
- Monday, November 16, 2020, at 7:00 pm
This meeting will be held virtually due to Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28. The Zoom link will be available on the City Website.
Further notice is given that the Preliminary Biennial Budget for the fiscal years 2021-2022 has been placed on file with the City Clerk and is available for inspection on the City website is available online at: www.auburnwa.gov/FiscalReports
The public is encouraged to attend the budget hearing and provide written testimony on any provision of the proposed budget.
For citizens with disabilities who are requesting translators or adaptive equipment for communication purposes, the City is asking to be notified within 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled date of the public hearing as to the type of service or equipment needed. Each request will be considered individually according to the type of request, the availability of resources, and the financial ability of the City to provide the requested services or equipment.
