King County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer is hosting another free mask distribution event this Saturday, December 12. The event will also have a free confidential shredding truck available.
Located at the Federal Way Commons Mall (between Chase Bank and Applebee’s), the distribution and shred event will run from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. This is a drive-through only event.
Available for distribution are:
–Free reusable cloth masks
-Free identity theft information
A free confidential shredding truck will be present. Items to be shredded will be removed from the trunk (preferred) or back seat of your vehicle. There is no limit to the amount you bring to shred, so take this opportunity to do some year-end purging!
Staff will be wearing masks and gloves.
