Habitat for Humanity Seattle–King & Kittitas Counties (Habitat SKKC) currently has 3-bedroom homes for sale starting at the low $400Ks. When finished in spring 2026, the 40 homes in the Miller’s Creek community will offer first-time buyers the long-term financial stability, independence, and equity-building that homeownership provides.

The estimated all-inclusive monthly payments for 3-bedroom, 1.5-2.5-bathroom units range from $2,800–$3,450. Mortgages will be capped at no more than 35% of household income to support affordability.

Habitat SKKC utilizes a land trust model to ensure the permanent affordability of our homes for future generations. In an area with an average home price of $631K and rising, these homes will guarantee that individuals and families continue to have a place to build their lives in Burien.

The Miller’s Creek neighborhood, which includes a community space and a playground, is within walking distance of schools, shops, and services and is a reasonable commute to many job centers.
