And what is legislation plan to do for the many injured workers that were injured working in warehouses prior to them now wanting to put regulations on the safety standards, and quotas?
I’m an injured worker from Amazon and Amazon was found %100 liable for my injury yet the workers comp claim manager has faught tooth and nail for the recommended medical treatment my doctor recommended. Everytime I would appeal the denial ,she sends me to an IME with a doctor who spends all of 5 minutes with me gives me a half ass examination and then denies my surgery .
Now it’s going on 5 yrs of this crap and my condition now is ulnar impaction syndrome , radial sensory neuropathy, with a compete tear in the tfcc .
Is legislation going to do something about that.. or how about the claims manager stopping my depression therapy and medication .. it’s great they want to take an interest in shit now , but what about those of us battling for what deserve and should get ,but only get permanent damage and deeper depression.
