Michael Allen Kurtz
February 12, 1950 – May 25, 2024
Michael passed away in Billings, Montana, following a tragic accident.
Mike grew up in Carson City, Nevada, and lived in Auburn, Washington, for many years as companion and caregiver to his parents.
He is survived by his brothers Richard and Jim Jr. and numerous friends and relatives, especially Friends of Bill.
Mike will be interred on May 29, 2026, at the Tahoma National Cemetery in Washington State, joining his parents, Jim and Regina, and his sister Cynthia (Cookie) Goodrich.
Memorial gifts can be made to any local chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous or any organization that teaches children to fish or helps preserve fisheries.
