AAA vs. APD: Shootin’ Hoops to Support Falcons Athletics

The Auburn Adventist Academy and the Auburn Police Department are partnering for a FUNdraising event to support the Auburn Adventist Academy Falcons Athletics Department.

Falcons Varsity Basketball Team members and 2021 Auburn Adventist Academy graduates will take on APD officers in a basketball game tonight, Friday, June 11. The game will begin at 6:00 p.m. and is being hosted at the Auburn Adventist Academy gymnasium (5000 Auburn Way S Auburn, WA 98092).

This community event is being held to raise funds to help the Falcons Athletics Department redo the basketball court. Donations will be accepted at the door for entry. $10.00 suggested for adults, $5.00 suggested for youth under 16.

Free parking is available onsite in the main parking area at the entrance to the school.

But Will There Be Snacks?

Concessions will not be sold at the event. However, you may bring your own snacks and eat while at the game. No drugs or alcohol is permitted.

Health and Safety Precautions

  • Masks will be required for all individuals while indoors at all times unless eating or drinking.
  • Social distancing is encouraged but family groups may sit close together.

Whether to cheer one some great young athletes or heckle APD officers while they get their butts kicked by fine young athletes, head out to the game tonight to support Falcons Athletics Department. It’s a win/win really.
