All northbound lanes of SR 167 at South 277th Street were blocked early Saturday, Jan. 31 after a semi truck rolled over, with troopers reporting no injuries as tow crews worked to clear the scene, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The crash blocked all northbound lanes near South 277th Street at milepost 18, prompting a full closure while emergency crews responded.
All lanes were reopened shortly after 7 a.m.
- At 5:35 a.m., WSDOT reported that all lanes remained blocked with no estimate for reopening as responders worked at the scene.
- By 5:50 a.m., traffic was being diverted off the highway at 15th Street NW to ease congestion and allow crews space to investigate and clear the roadway.
The Washington State Patrol and WSDOT’s Incident Response Team responded to manage traffic and assist with the collision.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Drivers were advised to seek alternate routes and expect delays until the roadway fully reopened shortly after 7 a.m.
