Auburn Farmers Market opens 18th season with community celebration Sunday, June 7

The Auburn Farmers Market will launch its 18th season with an opening day celebration this Sunday, June 7, featuring community organizations, family activities and city services.

Residents are invited to attend the season kickoff event, which will include participation from several city departments and community partners.

The market will run from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. every Sunday through Sept. 20 at Les Gove Park (map below).

Featured organizations will include the City of Auburn Parks, Arts and Recreation Department’s Rec n Roll van, the City of Auburn Solid Waste Division and the City of Auburn Emergency Management program.

City officials said the opening day celebration is intended to mark the start of another season of the popular community market while connecting residents with local resources and services.
