The City of Auburn is inviting artists across Washington state to apply for a new summer residency program at the Postmark Center for the Arts.
Applications are now open for the Postmark Artist in Residence program, known as P.A.I.R., which will provide a two-month residency during July and August 2026 at the Postmark Center for the Arts.
According to the city, the application deadline is March 19, 2026 at 10:59 p.m.
The residency offers an individual artist the opportunity to pursue their work while engaging with the local arts community in the unique setting of the downtown Auburn arts facility.
The program is open to any individual artist living in Washington state who works in two or three dimensional media.
The selected artist will receive a budget of $3,500 as part of the residency, according to the city.
Officials say the program is designed to support artists while encouraging interaction with the arts community at the Postmark Center for the Arts.
