Public Health closes two food trucks in Auburn

Public Health – Seattle & King County on Monday, Dec. 11, 2023 closed two un-permitted food trucks located at 2402 A Street SE.

Public Health lists the reason(s) the establishment was closed. Reasons for closing an establishment may be due to food code violations and failure to follow the permitting process.

Both trucks were closed on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023, at 5:20 and 5:30 p.m.:

  • Reasons: Operating without the benefit of a permit or plan review
    Status: Closed
    Unpermitted food vendor at 2402 A St SE, Auburn, WA 98002
  • Reasons: Operating without the benefit of a permit or plan review
    Status: Closed

Depending on the type of closure, additional information may include the date the facility was shut down, whether the establishment has reopened, the date it reopened, and additional notes.

Information for restaurants closed by Public Health will remain online for a minimum of 7 days after the establishment is reopened.
