The King County Council’s Law and Justice Committee will hold a hearing on the recent disclosure of some county agencies unlawfully sharing personal information with ICE. The council passed a law banning the sharing of personal information with immigration officials without a warrant in early 2018.
The Auditor will be on hand to answer additional questions, with a particular focus on the Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Juvenile Detention.
