BY DIRECTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Auburn City Council at 7:00 PM, Monday, June 15, 2020, at the Auburn City Council meeting held virtually, on the following:
2021-2026 Six Year Transportation Improvement Program.
State law requires the City of Auburn to annually prepare and adopt a Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for each ensuing six calendar years. Prior to adoption of a six year transportation program a public hearing is held to review the work accomplished under each Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the purpose of determining current city street needs, and to adopt a revised and extended comprehensive transportation improvement program.
Per the Governor’s Emergency Proclamation 20-28.4, the City of Auburn is prohibited from holding an in-person meeting at this time. All meetings will be held virtually and telephonically

Any interested person is invited to voice approval or disapproval of the proposed amendment to the TIP. Non-English speaking residents wishing to review documents pertaining to the Program should contact the City of Auburn Department of Community Development and Public Works. Citizens with speech, sight or hearing disabilities wishing to review documents should contact the City of Auburn within 10 calendar days prior to the Council meeting, as to the type of service or equipment needed. Each request will be considered individually according to the type of request, the availability of resources and the financial ability of the City to provide the requested services or equipment.
