VRFA Blotter: Shortness of breath, possible hip fracture, hypothermia, accident & more

Here are 911 Calls for Service responded to by the Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA) from Nov. 17–Nov. 23, 2025:

  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Monday, November 17th at 9:59 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an elderly male experiencing shortness of breath. Firefighters evaluated the patient on scene before he was transported by private ambulance to Valley Medical Center for further care.
  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Tuesday, November 18th at 9:33 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult female who suffered a possible hip fracture after a fall at her residence. Firefighters provided immediate care before the patient was transported by private ambulance to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further evaluation.
  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Wednesday, November 19th at 5:13 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a female who had fallen and injured her arm during flag football practice. Firefighters evaluated the patient and provided care before she was transported by private ambulance to a local hospital for further evaluation.
  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Thursday, November 20th at 6:50 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male experiencing cardiac arrhythmia and dizziness. Firefighters and King County Medic One paramedics evaluated the patient on scene before he was transported by paramedics to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for further care.
  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Friday, November 21st at 11:44 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult female suffering from hypothermia and a possible cardiac issue after prolonged exposure to cold and wet weather. The patient sought help at a local business, reporting she had spent two nights outside without shelter, food, or water. Firefighters provided warming and medical care before she was transported by King County Medic One to the emergency department for further treatment.
  • Aid Call (Auburn): On Monday, November 22nd at 1:54 p.m., VRFA firefighters responded to an adult male in need of medical attention. Firefighters provided care on scene before the patient was transported by private ambulance to Valley Medical Center for further treatment.
  • Motor Vehicle Accident (Auburn): On Sunday, November 23rd at 11:24 a.m., VRFA firefighters responded to a multiple-vehicle collision with reported injuries. Firefighters secured the scene and assessed all occupants. One individual with a right arm injury was treated on scene before being transported by private ambulance to a local emergency department for further care.
