Auburn Police are seeking information on the following three people, who they suspect were involved in the theft or attempted theft of vehicles recently:
Police say that approximately 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, these three individuals entered the DAA Auto Auction Facility located at 3130 D St. SE (map below), posing as employees or buyers.
They prowled the parking lot freely, looking for vehicles to steal.
Suspect #3 (on the right) fled on foot after being confronted in a vehicle.
Suspect #1 or #2 was able to steal a 2021 Ford Expedition. As the suspect fled from the property, he struck a female security guard with the vehicle.
