Sourced from New England and delivered fresh throughout the week, succulent lobster is available for hand selmuckleshotection from saltwater aquariums. Guests will be able to choose one of three preparations – Salt & Pepper, Black Bean or Ginger Scallion.
The delicacy of Peking Duck is another new addition to 8. Marinated over five days and roasted to perfection, the flavorful, crispy-skinned entrée—served with scallions, cucumber, and steamed buns as well as hoisin sauce—can sate parties of two to three.
Additionally, guests can savor dishes ranging from Singapore Noodles and Mongolian Chicken to fresh sushi, oysters and more. Have a large group or hearty appetites? The Treasure Boat at 8 features an omakase of sushi that can feed four to six people. Full beverage service including wine, sake, beer, and hot tea also is available to guests.
