The Outlet Collection has partnered with Relentless Events to host a drive-in movie series. The pop-up cinema experience will give movie-goers the classic movie experience on a massive screen from the comfort of their car.
Open Air Cinema Nights at The Outlet Collection begins Christmas Day with a screening of Elf. The second screening, Saturday, December 26, is Polar Express. Both movies will begin at 7:00 pm in the southeast parking lot of the mall.
Tickets for each movie event are $40.00 per car. The event description states, “each ticket purchased is valid for one car and all passengers inside. The number of passengers just must not exceed the number of safety belts /seats in your vehicle.”
Best Practices for the Best Cinema Experience:
From the event description provided by Relentless Events
- Vehicles may enter the venue starting at 5:30 pm. Showtime is approximately 7:00 pm.
- The movie audio will be broadcast via FM transmitter (just like Lakeland Hills Lights).
- This event will follow all social distancing and safety guidelines. Wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times when outside your vehicle.
- You must view the movie from within your vehicle or the bed of your truck.
- Parking attendants will direct each driver to a parking space. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first park basis. If attending as a group, meet before, and arrive together to be placed together.
- NO RV’s, buses, or campers allowed.
- Tickets must be purchased online, in advance. Tickets will be scanned through the car window when entering. Your ticket is only valid for the time and date on the ticket and can not be transferred to another show.
- Open Air Cinema Nights is a cashless event. Concessions accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Restrooms will be available.
- No outside alcohol, cannabis, or drugs allowed. All vehicles are subject to search.
- No animals allowed (except for service animals)
