The subject made repeated threats to the male unless she was given back her dog. The female left the scene with two dogs after a physical altercation with the male and three other individuals present. Police documented a laceration to the male’s eye and a human bite mark on his chest.

Further investigation established probable cause for felony vandalism due to an allegedly intentional hit-and-run. The female physically resisted arrest, spitting on an officer three times. The female was taken to Harborview Hospital after being declined at King County jail for low blood sugar.

The dogs were returned, unharmed, to the male.

(PSA: A human bite is often worse than an animal bite due to the bacteria in people’s nasty mouths. So, don’t bite people* and if you get bitten then be sure to keep it clean.)

(As a DV incident, I boiled this down as much as I could from the long synopsis we received. I know, however, that folks will want to know what incident required this type of response. As a DV incident we will not be following up on this case).without consent*
