Auburn Traffic Alert: Week of June 6, 2022

The following road projects will be starting or continuing in Auburn during the week of Monday, June 6th to Friday, June 10th. Unless otherwise noted, access to residences, businesses, and sidewalks within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected.

These projects may change due to the weather. There may be additional projects we have not received notice of.

Remember: This is not a all inclusive list of every construction project, zombie invasion, closure, or delay. So be sure to check traffic before you go ( Click for Traffic) and always leave with plenty of time in case of unexpected delays.

Other Significant Local Construction Activity Impacting Traffic:

City of Pacific’s Stewart/8 St E Widening project – impacts to traffic and delays should be anticipated within the south end of the City and into Pacific and Sumner.
The State Department of Transportation is constructing their NB SR 167 HOV lane project between SR410 and SR18. This project will include detours of traffic from SR167 using local roadways, impacts to traffic, and delays should be anticipated. As part of the work, WSDOT will be doing some roadway patching on West Valley Highway and 15th Street SW likely in Spring 2022, which are planned detour routes.

Be Prepared:

It’s concert season again at White River Amphitheatre, so know before you go. The next two shows are June 14th and June 16th. Don’t let them sneak up on ya!
