From the Auburn Police Department’s Public Information Log for July 7–8, 2023:

• A vehicle theft was reported at 5110 Frontage Rd at 7:11 a.m. on July 7. The officer arrived at the scene and recorded the incident on video.
• A vehicle was stolen from Belara Apartments at 6270 Terrace View Ln SE #F-306 sometime between 7:30 p.m. on July 6 and 7:52 a.m. on July 7. The officer located the vehicle in the 200 block of 13th St SE and recovered it. The incident was captured on video.
• A harassment and vandalism incident occurred around the 1800 block of 22nd St NE between 7:48 a.m. and 7:55 a.m. on July 7. The officer responded to the call and documented the damage and threats on video.
• A theft from vehicle was reported near the 500 block of C St SW sometime between 4 p.m. on July 6 and 8:32 a.m. on July 7. The officer found evidence of forced entry and missing items. The incident was recorded on video.
• A burglary was reported near the 4100 block of B Pl NW at 8:38 a.m. on July 7. The officer arrived at the scene and observed signs of forced entry and stolen property. The incident was captured on video.
• A physical domestic and theft incident was reported near the 300 block of 15th St NE sometime between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. on July 7. The officer interviewed the victim and the suspect, who had no weapons or license to carry. The incident was documented on video.
• A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 900 block of 28th St NE at 1:47 p.m. on July 7. The officer assisted another agency and recorded the incident on video.
• An abandoned vehicle was impounded in the 900 block of Pike St NW at 4:26 p.m. on July 7. The officer towed the vehicle and cleared the scene.
• An order violation was reported at 800 29th St SE, F4 at 4:33 p.m. on July 7. The officer investigated the violation and documented it on video. No weapons or ammunition were involved.
• A vehicle theft was reported in the 100 block of 3rd St NE sometime between 2 p.m. and 4:44 p.m. on July 7. The officer took a report of a stolen Honda and recorded it on video.
• A person in distress was reported at 4240 Auburn Way N at 3:47 p.m. on July 7. The officer responded to the call and transported a male with mental health issues to the Auburn Hospital for evaluation. The incident was captured on video.
• An abandoned vehicle was impounded in the 1000 block of Pike St NW at 5:01 p.m. on July 7. The officer towed the vehicle and cleared the scene.
• An assault was reported at 3523 Orchard Pl SE at 5:08 p.m. on July 7. The officer arrested a female for assault and documented it on video. No weapons or ammunition were involved.
• A semi was stolen at Emerald Downs at 2300 Ron Crockett Dr NW sometime between 5 a.m. on June 30 and 6:06 p.m. on July 7. The officer took a report and recorded it on video.
• A vehicle was stolen in the 1100 block of Outlet Collection Way SW sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 6:31 p.m. on July 7. The officer responded to the call and documented it on video.
• A property was vandalized in the 12900 block of SE 312th St, #A-402 sometime between 6:37 p.m. on July 6 and 2:50 p.m. on July 7. The officer arrived at the scene and recorded the damage on video.
• A traffic collision occurred in the 300 block of F St SE at 9:51 p.m. on July 7. The officer investigated the incident and captured it on video.
• Three vehicles were stolen from Odessa Auto Auction at 621 37th St NW sometime between 9:30 p.m. and 9:53 p.m. on July 7. The officer took a report and recorded it on video.

• A vehicle was stolen near the 3700 block of Auburn Way S, #J-201 sometime between 7 p.m. on July 7 and 6:05 a.m. on July 8. The officer took a report and recorded it on video.
• A vehicle was stolen near the 2800 block of Auburn Way S sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 8:37 a.m. on July 8. The officer responded to the call and documented it on video.
• A vehicle was stolen near the 700 block of 22nd St NE at 9:36 a.m. on July 8. The officer arrived at the scene and recorded the incident on video.
• A weapon was discharged near the 5000 block of Auburn Way N at 10:21 a.m. on July 8. The officer investigated the incident and documented it on video. No injuries were reported, but some property damage was observed.
• A shoplift was reported near the 1400 block of Harvey Rd NE at 12:02 p.m. on July 8. The officer responded to the call and recorded the incident on video.
• A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of A St NE, #A-506 sometime between 9:30 p.m. on July 7 and 9 a.m. on July 8. The officer arrived at the scene and found evidence of forced entry and missing items. The incident was captured on video.
• A cellular phone was reported stolen in the 1100 block of Outlet Collection Way SW, #1126 sometime between 8:40 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on July 7. The officer took a report and documented it on video.
• A violation of a no contact order and an assault were reported at 113 49th St NW at 9:51 p.m. on July 8. The officer arrived at the scene and observed that a male had driven his vehicle into another male’s vehicle. The incident was recorded on video.
