Do you recognize this woman? Pacific Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying the woman seen in this surveillance footage.
Pacific PD posted the below information on their Facebook page:” In a matter of minutes, she spent nearly $1800 at the Outlet Collection Mall. She bought a couple of Coach purses at a cost of nearly $1000! She then went to Ulta and spent over $750…that is a lot of makeup!!” (We don’t want to be the ones to break it to PPD that $750 doesn’t equal a lot of makeup, especially at Ulta)
