The City of Auburn has issued a Notice of Application (NOA), Notice of Public Hearing (NOH), and
Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for a project proposed by Logisticenter.
According to the project description, the this project will include “two large warehouse buildings totaling approximately 329,900 square feet of new industrial warehouse and accessory office space. Building A [will be] 157,400sqft and building B [will be] 172,500sqft on the existing 18.7-acre site. The buildings will have loading docks between them. Approximately 260 parking stalls around the perimeter of
the site [will be added]. The access road from C Street SW will remain.”

Currently, there is a wetland on the proposed building site. The project description indicates that “the existing wetland area will remain unless further study determines the wetland does not meet current wetland rating criteria.”

Public Comment Period
There currently is an open public comment period. This comment period runs until 5:00 pm on Friday, February 14, 2020. All public comments must be in writing and submitted by the deadline. Comments must be submitted to the mailing address of 25 W Main St., Auburn, WA, 98001 or to the email address planning@auburnwa.gov.
The Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing on the Conditional Use Permit in the City Council Chambers, 25 W. Main St., Auburn, WA, 98001, on February 19, 2020, at 5:30 pm. The city invites any interested party to attend the hearing, and provide comments or opinions on the proposed project.
Any person aggrieved of the City’s determination may file an appeal with the Auburn City Clerk. Appeals must be filed within 14 days of the close of the comment period, or by 5:00 pm on February 28, 2020.
