Mindful in the Garden: Creating Calm Within
Utilizing elements of Mindfulness Meditation and Shinrin-Yoku (Japanese Forest Bathing), psychologist Deborah Wilk and naturopathic physician Jessica Hancock from Mindful in the Wild will help you experience nature in a whole new way. While strolling slowly through the garden, you will awaken to the sights, smells, and sounds of spring while learning skills to calm your mind and soothe your soul.
