Often times you will not even know you’ve crossed paths with a narcissist, psychopath, or sociopath until you’re left to clean up the aftermath of the trauma and crisis they left behind. Victims of these toxic individuals are often blindsided due to various manipulation tactics these predators use to “hook you in.” This 6 hour seminar will arm you with knowledge about how to spot these toxic people, common manipulation tactics they use, how and why victims get addicted to and hooked into the abuse cycle, and how to break-free from these toxic predators. Self-care tips will be presented, along with ways you can become psychologically and emotionally stronger as you begin the road to healing and recovery.

This seminar is designed for the general public, and no prior knowledge about narcissistic abuse is required.
