Attention all Dancers and Singers are required to have a Social Security Number (SSN) or a Social Insurance Number (SIN).
U.S. Citizen and Non U.S. Citizen contest winners must also fill out additional paperwork.

Committee of the event is not responsible for accidents, injuries, short funded travelers, stolen, or lost articles or damages to personal property.

No Pets will be allowed. Absolutely No Drugs or Alcohol Allowed.
