Auburn School District Breathing Easier Training

Washington Green Schools and Puget Sound Clean Air Agency have partnered to develop opportunities for learning about local air quality (AQ) in Auburn, Washington. These lessons were created specifically for Auburn School District’s 3rd grade classrooms. 

During this training, we will discuss this unique opportunity to engage your students in learning about and taking action on local air quality issues. Our hope is that all students will feel more prepared protecting themselves from air pollution and using their voice to influence decicison makers.

In addition to demonstrating the lessons and how to use the materials, we will aslo be enagaging in important conversations around environmental health and justice. 

Please note that this training is for educators working with third grade students.
