April Support Sunday

ANMC’s next Support Sunday is scheduled for April 28th. Everyone and Anyone is welcome. If you are trying to make changes to your health, keeping track of progress is a great motivator!!! Message or Email if you are interested. Free weight loss journals and hot herbal tea will be provided. We will be tracking weight, hip to waist ratio, BMI and blood pressure. We will meet in the back of the Arcade building at 9 am. Hot herbal tea will be provided while be take measurements and swap recipes. followed by a group walk to get the blood pumping. Support Sundays are always free so get your walking shoes on and join us!!!
