Ape Cave Hiking & Mt. St. Helens Hiking

Participants will travel to the south west side of Mt Saint Helens National Monument for a 2 KM hike through one of the longest lava tubes in the USA. It will be like hiking through a cave so warm clothing, sturdy shoes, and a flashlight are required.
Students should bring picnic lunch. A flashlight and snack bag will be provided. After the cave hike, we will journey to the south side of Mt St Helens and complete a 5 Km hike to June Lake A food stop is scheduled on our return trip home.
