This is my first year in the Miss Auburn’s Outstanding Teen Program
Why did you choose to compete?
I chose to compete because I want to be more confident in my own skin as well as being able to talk to an audience better.
What are you most excited about in the competition?
Making new friends and learning to be more confident.
What are you most nervous about in the competition?
Saying the wrong thing when I’m front of the judges or messing up my talent.
What is your talent, and why did you choose it?
My talent is dancing. I chose this talent because I have been dancing since I was four years old and it is very special to me.
What is your platform?
My platform is Teen Self Image
Why is your platform important to you?
My platform is important to me because I [struggle] with self-image and I want to help other people going through it as well.
What does representing Auburn as Miss Auburn’s Outstanding Teen mean to you? Representing Miss Auburn’s Outstanding Teen means so much to me because I can use this position to talk about my social statement and teach teens in the community that by being yourself everything is possible
