Rail Hop’n Brewing Company has teamed up with local VFW Post 1741 to brew a beer dedicated to veterans. Veterans from the VFW joined Rail Hop’n Brew Master, and fellow veteran, Billy Jack Newman to brew this limited run beer. ‘Uncommon Valor’ was named by the winner of a fundraising raffle held in the spring. 
‘Uncommon Valor’ was brewed on October 19th and was released on the 30th. Cheryl Rakes described the beer as a citrus IPA. A dollar of each pint sold of ‘Uncommon Valor’ will be donated by to VFW Post 1741.
In addition to ‘Uncommon Valor,’ Rail Hop’n Brewing Company offers a 10% discount to all Veterans.
Rail Hop’n Brewing is located in downtown Auburn, 122 W. Main St., Suite 101B, Auburn. A donation can is available for nonbeer drinkers that also wish to off their support.
