Soroptimist International of Auburn is hosting an early Valentine’s day event, “Cupid‘s Crab and Brew Fest.” The dinner will be on February 9th at 6:30 pm at the Auburn Community & Event Center in Les Gove Park, 910 9th St SE.
A Giving Tree will support Shelter for Sisters that, in partnership with the Food Bank, helps fund initial relocation costs for victims of domestic violence. Another activity titled Raise the Paddle will support the club’s Dream Programs including the college level “Live Your Dream” award and “Dream It, Be It” a program to empower high school girls to create a brighter future.
