An emergency ordinance establishing the Pierce County Restaurant Rally Program will allow restaurants to offer their customers 30% off their dine-in or take-out meal. This discount will be given before tax and excludes alcohol and orders through 3rd party delivery services like DoorDash, GrubHub, and Postmates.
