Billie “Bill” Eugene Noah, formerly of Auburn, Washington was “combusted” on March 26, 1923 in the small Skagit County logging town of Hamilton, Washington, the 3rd child of Creed Edward and Rachel Amelia Noah.  He “transitioned” peacefully at home on his ranch in Cambridge, Idaho on November 5, 2020 at the age of 97.  Bill never met a stranger, lived his life fearlessly, with exuberance always encouraging family, to whom he was devoted, and friends to “go for the gusto”!

Bill Noah lived with his wife, Zola and three sons on a small farm in the Neuwaukum area near Auburn from 1954 until 1968.  Bill was a businessman at heart, succeeding at every enterprise due to his natural charisma and never give up attitude.  His impatience for change spirited him to varied professions from baker to tavern owner until he landed on real estate.  During the 1960’s Bill Noah became a land developer and broker/owner of Noah’s Realty in Auburn.  All three sons attended Auburn High School.  The Noah family began raising registered Black Angus cattle as a hobby and became actively engaged in the business, social and school communities during those years developing life-long friendships which endure to this day.  In 1968 the family moved to Toledo, Washington, then in 1971 to Cambridge, Idaho to expand Noah’s Angus Ranch with son, Randy which they had started during their years in Auburn.

Bill was preceded in death by his sweetheart and wife of 66 years, Zola, and a cherished granddaughter, Holly.  He is survived by three sons: Creed and Randy, both of Cambridge, Idaho, and Tim Noah, of Granite Falls, Washington; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be announced in Spring/Summer 2021 for all who want to join the Noah family in commemoration.
