JANUARY

New! Family Eats: Around The World
(Families welcome! Ages 8 and Up) Cooking doesn’t have to be a one-person job nor is it a chore! Parents take this opportunity to bring your family in for a taste of adventure and learn lifelong kitchen skills. Let’s make cooking a trip around the world and experiment with new recipes and flavors from other cultures. Together we can learn how to keep an open mind for new foods and make the kitchen a new family hangout!
Individual Sessions on Fridays from 5:00–7:00PM as follows: January 4 & January 25

This interactive class provides guidance and practical tools
that will help you dissolve your sugar cravings. You will learn why sugar is so addictive and how you can change your relationship with sugar for life!  Tuesday, January 8, 6:30-7:30pm. $12/$15.

Change Your Habits, Change Your Life– Whether you’re trying to eat healthier, exercise more consistently, or just stick to your New Year’s Resolution, this workshop shows you the steps to success using personality assessment and neuro-linguistic programming tools to change your habits for life. Learn your personality type and how it responds to the expectations you set for yourself in this two-part interactive workshop.  Saturdays, January 5 & 12.  9:30-11am.  $44/$55.

Yoga Nidra Workshop- Nidra, meaning sleep, is a deep relaxation form of yoga, and a new years resolution, get fit, health living, lose weight, gym, you can do it, yoga,technique to awaken the connection between body, mind, and soul. … This ancient practice is becoming more popular as a form of meditation and mind-body therapy and has multiple physical benefits including rest, relaxation and stress relief. It is an easy practice that is guided by an instructor.  Friday, January 11, 7-8pm.  $9/$12

Pilates Foundations- 6 Weeks to a Brand New Body – This course will introduce you to all of the wonderful benefits of Pilates?. A stronger core and toned body, decreased back pain, and better balance and flexibility. You will learn from a certified Pilates teacher the authentic method of Pilates and experience the amazing changes in your body that are possible with Pilates.  Mondays, January 28-Mar 11.  5:45-6:45pm.  $62/$78.

Yoga for Weight Loss – Lose weight with a regular yoga practice focused on toning muscles, strengthening the core, and improving flexibility.  Mondays, Jan 28-Mar 11.  7-8pm.  $62/$78.
