(map below)\, and is open to the public with no reservations required\, according to the Auburn Food Bank. \nFor a suggested $20 donation\, attendees will receive a handcrafted bowl along with gourmet soup and snacks provided by local restaurants. \nProceeds from the event support the food bank’s programs serving individuals and families facing food insecurity in Auburn and surrounding cities. \nOrganizers encourage attendees to bring friends\, family and coworkers to the lunchtime fundraiser. \nThe event is part of a broader effort to raise funds and awareness to help address hunger in the region. \n“PRO TIP: Your Mom would love a new handmade bowl for Mother’s Day\,” organizers said. \nCommunity members interested in making additional donations or exploring sponsorship opportunities can email Debbie Christian at the Auburn Food Bank. \n
