It belongs to us\,” organizers stated in their event announcement. “We’re not watching history happen. We’re making it.” \nAccording to organizers\, “a core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action\,” and the Auburn event will follow a strict code of conduct emphasizing: \n\nThis is a peaceful\, pro-democracy event.\nStay on the sidewalks and observe crossing rules (make sure you are not blocking pedestrian traffic).\nDo not block driveways or go into the street.\nBe prepared for some negative comments or gestures; stay positive.
