On Wednesday, October 23, 2019 through ~~Wednesday, November 6, 2019~~, Monday, December 23, 2019 construction work by Oceanside Construction, Inc. for the 2019 Storm Repair and Replacement Project will require lane closures and disruptions to both directions of traffic on Auburn Way South, from Elm Street SE to Hemlock Street SE. To accommodate commuter traffic the lane closures will occur during the following times:

East bound curb-lane closures will occur between 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM
West bound curb-lane closures will occur between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected. Pedestrians will be accommodated through the work zone. This work is not dependent on weather.
